Once you have submitted your advert details, please arrange to email your pictures to us, these should consist of a main front picture and up to 6 further pictures.
All pictures should be at least 500 X 375 pixels, be 'jpg' files and have a file size of no more than 75kb. If your pictures have a larger file size then you should email them separately not all together.
Please number your pictures 1-7 to indicate the order in which you prefer them to be displayed.

We use a standard basis for our adverts but you do have flexibility within that structure as to how your advert looks, however please avoid using an asterisk * as this tends to be changed by our code.

There are a number of sections to our adverts which are as follows:

Property Reference
Please refer to your email which gives you your villa reference - Vxxxx is the public reference, the 4 digits after the / are check digits known to you only.

Property Name
We find that it is helpful to name your property - most owners have a name for their property to help it stand out.

Short Description
This should be a maximum of 150 characters and will be placed by the side of a thumbnail picture of your villa on the list of villa adverts.

Header Text
This is a headline to precede your main villa picture on your advert. It should not be too long and is recommended to highlight your property's main selling points.

Detailed Description
This is your main property description and should be used to sell your property and make it stand out from the crowd.
If you wish to place text in bold then put <> brackets around the text to signify this. Only small elements should be in bold.

Prices
Please quote prices in both US$ and GB£
Our preferred method of stating prices is to quote low/med/high/peak period months as follows, (quoted seasons are examples only)
Low Season: Jan - Mar £xxx / $xxx
Mid Season: Apr - Jun £xxx / $xxx
etc.

Additional Details
This should give information on other pricing elements eg is tax included or excluded, is pool heating included or excluded and how much is it if excluded, what deposit do you require, what security deposit is taken, are smoking and pets allowed.

Villa Facilities
This is a list of the major features of your villa and should be accurate and factually correct. Each item should be on a separate line.

Once you have submitted your advert details, please remember to email your photographs, these should be numbered 1-7 with number 1 being your main villa picture, pictures 2-7 will be shown in that order.
