Advertise your villa with us

We are currently seeking to take on quality villas to be advertised on Orlando Vacation Villa Rentals and would be pleased to receive your details if you are interested in placing an advertisement with us. We wish to ensure the integrity of this site and as such will ask you to confirm details of which main sites you currently advertise on in order for us to verify the fact that you do own the villa in question. This information will not be used in any other way.

If we cannot verify that you own the villa then we may require you to provide a copy of a utility bill or management company statement in order to confirm the address of the property and the fact that it is owned by you. Any such information received will be used for this purpose only and will not be made available to any third parties.

Cost of Advertising
In order to advertise your villa with Orlando Vacation Villa Rentals you will be required to pay a fee of £20 once your advert has been accepted and has gone live. This fee is due on an annual basis and is subject to revision at our discretion. Villa adverts will be suspended if the annual fee is not received.

We are currently building up the advertiser base of this web site and therefore at the moment there is a free trial period on offer. If you receive any bookings during this period then you are asked to pay a commission charge of £2 per night booked up to a maximum of £20 - this commission will be deducted from the amount you are then asked to pay at the end of your free trial.

Submitting an advert
In order to advertise your villa with Orlando Vacation Villa Rentals, you will need to complete the form below to register with us by providing:

• Your villa details

Photographs should be emailed to us (you will be provided with the relevant email address).
We will require:

A front picture of your villa which should measure at least 500 X 375 pixels
Up to 6 further pictures which should measure at least 500 X 375 pixels

Please note that all photographs should be 'jpg' files with a file size of no more than 75kb

Once your advert is set up, you will be able to advise us of any changes which you wish to make through the members area page.

Please note that at the present time adverts are not permitted to contain web site addresses, email addresses or telephone details.
